Colorado winters mean wet boots. Unlike hardwood (which stains) or laminate (which swells), luxury vinyl is 100% waterproof. You can mop up that puddle of melted snow hours later, and your floor will be perfectly fine.
Basements in Erie, Lafayette, and Broomfield sit on shifting soils. Because LVP is typically installed as a “floating floor,” it can handle slight subfloor movement and moisture from the concrete slab better than almost any other material.

I’m writing this review as I’m so pleased with the meticulous LVP flooring job done by Right This Way Flooring this past week. The folks involved from Juan, Margarita, Juan & Chris to Aleah and Jacky on the front end did an excellent job organizing and implementing. Communication was clear and job done on time with detail and finesse. I highly recommend!
Aleah is so incredibly nice and knowledgeable. We were considering carpet but once she showed us their other flooring options we ended up going with the vinyl plank. It’s waterproof and scratch resistant which is much better for our cats and looks amazing. I really appreciate the thorough help. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring!
